Cake Baking and Decorating - 4 sessions

This class will take you from scratch made cake to a cake worthy of adorning the tables of your next birthday bash.  During this 4 week session, we will explore methods for creating a moist and delicious cake to basic decorating techniques worthy of any celebration.  

Dates:  Saturdays in March - March 3,10,17, and 24, 2012

Cost:  $125 plus $50 for supply kit and additional supplies

Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

March 3, 2012 - Scratch made cakes, cupcakes and buttercreams

March 10, 2012 - Basic Buttercream Piping Techniques and Cake Decorating

March 17, 2012 - Cake Decorating and Making a Rose

March 24, 2012 - Cake Decorating and Flowers
